The Process
I. Diagnostic Intake & Retainer Clearing
Every partnership begins with a direct diagnostic review.
Upon receiving your intake brief, I will reach back out to you personally with targeted tactical comments and scope clarifications.
No work begins, and no calendar dates or advisory sessions are locked, until the project pre-payment (AKA, the retainer) is fully cleared. Please note, you will not have to pay the full amount upfront, only the 20% thereof (Unless you booked the 1:1 session, in which case, you are required to pay the full amount). You may pay the full amount initially if you wish to.
II. The Advisory Session
If you have not opted in for the 1:1 session, but you’ve booked a different service, don’t worry-the advisory session comes for free.
Once we commence our partnership, you are granted immediate access to my digital calendar to lock in your 45-minute session. These sessions are highly concentrated bursts of career strategy and publishing logistics requiring zero long-term queue delays. Once we discuss our next course of action, you’ll be required to pay the following 30% amount.
This is where we’ll kickstart your journey.
III. The Velocity Sprint (Small-Scale Assets)
For concise copy assets, novella beta reading, specific research on smaller historical fiction plots, standalone scripts, focused social media campaigns, or other smaller projects, speed is matched with precision.
You will receive the first comprehensive, production-ready version within 5 business days following the 1:1 session.
If you request any amendments on the sent material, this is the time to review, revise, and reprise.
Once we have finalized on the version you’re happy, you’ll be required to pay the remaining 30% amount.
IV. The Deep Forensic Dive (Long-Form Masterpieces)
For elite copy & brand orientation, developmental book guidance or complex historical research briefs, true mastery requires time. Depending on the scale and complexity of the project, initial structural versions, deep-dive notes, or full research outlines are delivered in rolling 5-to-10-day windows.
Once we have finalized on the version you’re happy, you’ll be required to pay the remaining 20% amount.
